Dr. Magdy. professor at social science section (social work program) at the faculty of Arts and Science, Qatar University. previous position was professor and vice dean at the faculty of social work at Helwan university, Cairo Egypt. Igraduated from the faculty of Social Work Helwan University and my major was working with groups. was the head of social group work department, vice dean of the faculty for research and post graduate studies and vice dean of the faculty for the environmental affairs, also the head of the cultural affairs committee, post graduate studies committee and library committee at Helwan University.  Have 16 researches and paper work have been published in conferences and scientific magazines in faculties and high institutions of social work, faculty of arts and discussed issues of learning the social work, disability, caring for the youth, field training, child labor and group work. participated in more than 60 workshops and seminars, the most recent workshop was about setting a social caring quality manual for the orphanages with the attendance of the German expert Georg Horcher in coordination with Orphans’ friends association in 2013, also teaching experience has begun more than 25 years ago.
