Dr. Daniel Brian Kissinger, is Associate Professor in Department Chairperson. Dr. Kissinger has served as the chair of the UNO Department of Counseling since 2014. Prior to UNO, he was a tenured faculty member of the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville counselor education program. He has been a licensed professional counselor and supervisor for 20 years with experience working in inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics/hospitals, college counseling, and private practice settings.
